In the race to simplify on-chain user journey, interoperability has always been a hot topic.
It is primarily because blockchains are not natively capable of communicating with each other, but it also has to do with more builders working in silos creating even further fragmentation.
Now, we did witnessed a surge of high-performing cross-chain bridges being built to solve this liquidity fragmentation problem, but there were always bottlenecks around secure bridging, easy-to-use interface, faster transaction processing, directly processing cross-chain swaps and more.
Not for long though!
At Brahma, we are trying to solve the most fundamental problems in DeFi, from integrated accounts to robust on-chain execution to unified multi-chain view, we are now stoked to reveal In-App Bridging on Console, adding another layer into our execution stack.
Cross-Chain Bridging on Console
Brahma Console was build to simplify on-chain execution for on-chain Power users and teams. We have deployed delegation, automation and management features to make a perfect infrastructure to navigate dApps seamlessly.
What was missing was an easy way to move funds between chains directly from the Console, providing a unified interface for DeFi power users and teams to manage their operations in a multi-chain environment.
With in-app bridging now finally live, Console becomes even more robust in delivering a consolidated approach to move asset and funds across the EVM ecosystem. Our initial rollout supports bridging on Arbitrum and Base with Mode, Ethereum, Sei, Blast coming next. The roadmap includes expanding this functionality to all chains we support, creating a truly unified, multi-chain experience.
The functionality of bridging is directly integrated to support cross-chain swaps, rendering the whole liquidity fragmentation across multiple chains argument absurd now.
Here's how Bridging works on Console
Select your source and destination chains from our supported network list.
Choose the asset you want to bridge and specify the amount.
Review the transaction details, including estimated fees and arrival time.
Confirm the transaction, and let Console handle the rest.
Console allows power users and teams to align their transaction systematically and sequentially, and we are bringing the same functionality to Bridging. Our system supports running multiple bridging actions in parallel. This means you can initiate several cross-chain transfers simultaneously, without waiting for each one to complete before starting the next.
This will help in
Rebalancing your portfolio across multiple chains quickly
Taking advantage of time-sensitive opportunities on different networks
Streamlining complex multi-chain strategies
Why Bridge on Console?
Console’s integrated approach is designed to redefine how users tap into liquidity across chains and protocols, in an accelerated manner.
After our recent addition of multi-chain view, Bridging will now elevate Console’s value proposition as a full-fleged interoperable infrastructure platform pushing a clutter free way of managing assets across EVM chains, with just a single address.
At the core of this system is an innovative consensus mechanism that ensures transactions are verified and executed rapidly while maintaining the highest levels of security. The bridge employs atomic swaps and smart contract interoperability to eliminate the need for intermediary steps, reducing the complexity and time involved in cross-chain transactions. Additionally, Brahma’s bridge integrates with various blockchains using efficient relay systems that synchronize data and ensure consistency across networks.
With in-app bridging, we're not just bridging assets—we're bridging the gap between complexity and accessibility. Welcome to a new era of seamless, secure, and smart cross-chain operations.
